The Europeans always claim that they have historically and traditionally developed a human rights culture and adherence to liberalism. On the human rights front, they believe that they are leading by their sterling example. Several European jurist scholars have attempted to contest, criticize and challenge fundamental rights and the system perpetuated to promote and protect them with the sole aim of strengthening and reinforcing them.
